A fixed-scope redesign of one obsolete workflow. We map the failure points, discard ceremony, and produce the next operating model with a measurable target.

This is not a discovery workshop.

A reset ends with a decision. We name the system that currently produces the result, expose its hidden handoffs, and design the operating model that should replace it.
